I attended this practice for years. Like several other reviewers, I noticed that the staff had a very high turnover. I had very negative interactions with a few hygienists - one talked at me while cleaning my teeth, telling me that I should not adopt children because they will kill me in my sleep. I found attending the practice worth the paid parking and mediocre support staff because I found Dr. Reddy professional, slick, and skilled. Since this practice has become a "med spa", they've gone off the deep end. Every time I went in, someone tried to sell me laser hair removal or wrinkle treatment while cleaning my teeth. I was in my late 20's. Eventually, I agreed to a teeth whitening treatment. However, the technician painted the chemicals onto my gums and lips by mistake (in addition to my teeth). She turned the UV light on, pointed it toward my mouth, and walked away. About 40 seconds later, my lips were itching and tingling. After an additional 15 seconds, it felt like the front of my mouth was covered in sores. I had to remove the light from my face myself since the technician was nowhere to be found. I've been Dr. Reddy's patient for a numbers of years. I felt sensitivity in a tooth and I'm leaving shortly for a trip out of the country so really needed to be seen right away. They gave me a next day appointment. After examination she told me the tooth needed a root canal. But it was the very back tooth that had no opposing tooth so I opted for an extraction. She knew I was under a time constraint and said she would move some things around and do it for me right then!!! Now that's service. I'm sure she added a lot of pressure to her day to do that. She's wonderful, professional, efficient and affable. She's A+ in every way. I highly recommend

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Creative Dentistry and MedSpa today. As a patient coming from another dental practice that didn’t have the best reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was completely taken care of from start to finish. The staff walked me through the entire process without making me feel pressured. They presented me with facts and opinions, allowing me to make the best decision for my care. My teeth were cleaned professionally, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The staff is amazing, the products are top-notch, and the facility is lovely. 10/10 across the board! Also, a special shoutout to the office manager. From my first phone call to the moment I walked out today, she was consistently pleasant and amazing. Staff members like her are a rare find these days, and you all better make sure you keep her around!

I am very “BIG” on customer service and a clean environment. Creative Dentistry & Medspa provides excellent customer service! The office is very clean and beautifully decorated. From my initial call to the front desk, the hygienist to the doctor. I was greeted with a smile and everyone was friendly. Dr. Tabba is very detailed in her work. She took the time to discuss my x-rays and the plan of action. I look forward to my next appointment!

My experience at Creative Dentistry was excellent. Dr Reddy was intentional in making me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. Simone was relatable and cared about having an abosolute good follow through in the procedures. The hygienist Jennifer was a real joy as she helped me through my gagging. Jennifer you made my day. You are so varying. Abby the Treatment Plan Coordinator has been extremely skillful in walking me through my treatment process as well as mapping out a payment plan that worked. I am grateful for the entire staff. JulieAnn and Paulette have been truly professional in ensuring that I keep my appointments as well as constantly walking everyone through how to stay safe and keeping each other safe during this Covid pandemic when visiting the office . Thank you all again for making my dentist visit a unique experience.
